Carson is "Star Student" this week at school. He is REALLY excited! There is a whole week of activities associated with being star student...Monday - Make a pennant all about yourself to share with the class; Tuesday - Put something fun or special in a "Mystery Box", take it to school and then the class asks you yes or no questions to try and guess what it is (not sure what he is taking yet); Wed - Bring your favorite book to class to be read during group reading time; Thurs - the "Estimation Jar", put 50 or less of the same item in a jar and the kids try to guess how many items there are (again, still thinking on this), the class then counts the items out loud together. Carson LOVES the estimation jar and he is actually pretty good at it. He has told me several times that he won! So, a whole week of fun for him. I stayed up til 11 last night working on his pennant. He loved it though, so it was worth it...

Not sure if you can read the above list, but it is all "things that he loves"...he sat with me last night at the computer and listed them off as I typed them. Hilarious! Then I spent about 2 hours looking through pics to find pics for some of them. It was fun to look back through them... Such fun memories!
