The first weekend after school started we organized a "Meet and Greet" for Carson's class. We thought it would be a good way for the kids to spend some time outside of school getting to know each other and a chance for the parents to meet. One
of the kiddos in Carson's class owns this
water slide, so they offered to bring it over to the park in front of our house. Other parents brought ice cream and cold drinks...everyone helped out and made it a great party! The kids had a BLAST...yes, that water slide is as fun as it looks...I would have loved to have played on it! :) Collier was SO mad he could not get on it. He would have been totally clobbered by the big kids, though! Carson has a GREAT class this year, full of neat kids and wonderful involved parents. It is gonna be such a great year!

Oh to be that young again where you can play and slide! Amy we are just enjoying every minute of your Blog. What a wonderful neighborhood you live in.
