Mom and Dad came up last weekend and we had a GREAT visit. This was one of those rare weekends when they weren't coming for something in particular. We just hung out, relaxed, played with the boys, watched Carson's soccer game, ate lots, and just had a fun time! Mom made Carson his very own "Project Manager" file complete with accordion file for all the "plans" he has been drawing lately, a ruler, a mechanical pencil and blueprints for the fort that is currently in the works for the backyard (hopefully to be built later this fall). Needless to say, he was thrilled! They are such wonderful grandparents...the boys are blessed indeed!
While they were here Mom helped me make the above wreath and get my front porch "Fall ready"! I think it looks pretty good...especially the wreath! I think it is much cuter than the $100 wreath I saw in a store the other day (that I took a picture of with my camera phone so that I could attempt to copy it!). Mine only cost $25 - woohoo...cute and a good deal...love it!
