Well, tomorrow is the 2 week mark since Bo's injury and what a 2 weeks it has been! Since the last post Bo has gotten better, then worse, now better again. He started making real headway, then developed a bladder infection which knocked him back down for a few days. He felt so crummy he didn't want to move again...which meant LOTS of mopping, carpet cleaning and towel washing...and I mean LOTS! After about 2 1/2 days on antibiotics he finally perked up and has been improving steadily since. We took him in Wednesday and had a "senior profile blood panel" run and it looked perfect. This tells us it was indeed some sort of injury and not anything underlying, like cancer, etc...He is now walking (still pretty wobbly and unsteady) which means no more carrying him to and from the house (yeahhhh!). My back is very excited about this! He is still on tons of meds and our vet thinks he will be for a while longer. Overall, we are very happy with how well he is recovering.

Thanks to everyone who has called, sent cards, said prayers for him...I think we are finally beginning to see a happy ending in sight!
